We are currently building an EVM-L1 using the Cosmos Stack with privacy capabilities leveraging fully homomorphic encryption. Encrypted states can be stored on-chain, composed and transformed (add, substract, divide, etc.). We would like to extend the confidentiality features to the existing app-chain ecosystem within Cosmos through IBC. Given that the advantage of fast finality and messaging time with Tendermint, applications that require confidentiality can be achieved by coordinating state messaging with our chain.
