Ensuring seamless onboarding for chains onto Interchain Security is crucial for the growth and robustness of the Cosmos ecosystem. To address the lack of documentation and support in this area, AADAO has granted $150,000 to CryptoCrew Validators to create comprehensive technical support services. This includes advisory services for planning and coordinating the launch process, DevRel support, assistance with validator communications, IBC CCV path creation, and relayer maintenance and incident support.
CryptoCrew Validators, a reputable Austrian-based blockchain infrastructure provider, has been instrumental in securing over 30 interchain networks and facilitating more than 5 million IBC transactions. This grant aims to expand their existing suite of services to include codebase preparation and testing for consumer chains looking to deploy or migrate to the AEZ platform, making resources and support more accessible and discoverable for all.
Set grant milestones include technical advancements, integration goals, and work on feedback and bug fixes. Following this pre-development stage will come the completion of launch and adoption, as well as post-launch support and maintenance. Simultaneously, for the “ics-valset-monitoring” milestone, the team will work on a validator set monitoring dashboard for AEZ. This initiative aims to ensure that prospective teams have the support they need to adopt Interchain Security, ultimately fostering a more secure and efficient Cosmos ecosystem.
