The grant project aims to develop an innovative intent-centric automation module for the Cosmos Hub ecosystem. Leveraging our extensive experience building with the Cosmos SDK, we will create a Cosmos SDK-native module that enables time-based automation of various actions across supported chains. This module will simplify transaction complexities, enhance user liquidity, and introduce chain-agnostic and interdependent intent triggers.

The primary goal of the project is to drive ATOM value by offering a developer-friendly and permissionless automation solution. Protocols and end-users will be able to control their assets and automate local Cosmos messages, as well as perform actions on any connected IBC chain using Interchain Accounts and AuthZ grants. The module will also extend automation capabilities to EVM chains through bridges like Axelar and Gravity Bridge, eliminating the need for escrow and vault-based protocols.

By abstracting transaction complexities and offering a seamless integration experience, we will attract a broader user base and increase the overall liquidity within the Cosmos ecosystem.

In addition to the technical development, we plan to collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and maximize visibility. Overall, this grant project represents an opportunity to introduce a groundbreaking automation module to the Cosmos Hub, driving ATOM value and positioning Cosmos as a leader in automation within the blockchain industry.
