My vision is to decentralize machine learning training and deployment.My goal for the grant is to run a testnet based on Cosmos Hub able to decentralize machine learning training. The ideal scenario would be to create a testnet such that:
– users can come with a machine learning architecture & dataset, and demand training on available machines
– available machines are source for miners.
