This proposal seeks to expand the Cosmos AEZ ecosystem, nurture a skilled developer base and raise awareness of Cosmos innovative technologies in Romania and Republic of Moldavia by onboarding 100 experienced developers through the first Cosmos AEZ Developer Program for Romania and Republic of Moldavia
The project aims to build up a strong technical footprint of the Cosmos Ecosystem in Eastern Europe starting with Romania and Republic of Moldavia by achieving the following bringing new talents and support them build new and innovative products experienced web3 and web2 developers students new projects deployed on Cosmos HUB and AEZ built during the organized educational programs strong partnerships built between Cosmos Hub AADAO Comets of WEB3 Blockchain Builders Community and top Technical Romanian and Moldavian Universities establishment of Eastern Europe as a hub for Cosmos AEZrelated development and innovation. opening the path for including Cosmos Stack technologies in the educational curricula of the Romanian and Moldavian Technical Universities promoting Cosmos Hub as a top international blockchain ecosystem endorsing Romanian and Moldavian developers WEB3 education
We are adding value to the Cosmos Hub and ATOM by contributing to the expansion of the Cosmos Ecosystem and AEZ through Bringing new talents and supporting them build new and innovative products 100 skilled developers trained and onboarded on Cosmos technology stack and building and deploying on AEZ 1 Cosmos AEZ Romanian learning pathway created that will be made public and opensourced. This will be as well used in the future by Comets of Web3 and other organizations to train Romanian and Moldavian developers on developing using the Cosmos Ecosystem technical stack 2 cohortbased training delivered in local language for the Romanian and Moldavian developers. 3 months posteducation support for each cohort on building and deploying projects on AEZ 2 Cosmos AEZ Activation Events organized in Romania and Republic of Moldavia that will include a community meetup a demo day and Industry Experts Panel 1 strong partnership built between Cosmos Ecosystem and Comets of WEB3 Blockchain Builders Community for supporting and expanding the WEB3 Eastern Europe Community A new initiative to include Cosmos technologies in the educational curricula of the Romanian Technical Universities Cosmos and AEZ Ecosystem Technical footprint expanded in Romania Republic of Moldavia and Eastern Europe Promote Cosmos Hub Ecosystem within the Romanian and Moldavian developer community through education programs and community events thereby introducing them to this space
