The project is a two phase effort to create a commercial platform for the atom economic zone. The primary scope of phase 1 is the design and delivery of three core modules that serve as the platform’s commercial primitives.
The secondary objective would be focused on an R&D effort to establish a long term funding mechanism for core technology maintenance and value capture for the atom economic zone if these primitives are deployed outside of it.

The second phase covers the ideation process for a v1 commercial platform by bootstrapping a consumer chain. As interchain security grows in complexity as a protocol, the cost to upgrade the Hub will also increase; therefore making it complicated to launch new products and services on the Hub directly. This is why we envision the consumer chain implementation for these primitives.
